查了一下”SHREDDED”也是健身術語，意思是肌肉線條非常明顯、體脂很低，看起來「切割」感強、非常精壯，聯想起當年《鬥陣俱樂部》 (1999)裡布萊德·彼特 的身材。
I looked it up and found that “shredded” is also a fitness term — it means having very defined muscles and low body fat, giving that sharp, cut look. It reminded me of Brad Pitt’s physique in Fight Club (1999).
